Grand Rapids metroplex is a little-known nomad town with just under 100k people. The city has an impressive array of attractions. But the big wigs don't live in the same place as the locals. Affluent residents are happy to pay a premium for the chance to live in the high life, whether it's at the booze shack or fine dining. It's easy to see why. The city may not be the best place to get a burger or a brew but you can imagine the alluring mix locals and commuters who would want to claim a seat in this house of fun.
