The Billiard Congress of America(BCA) is a leading organization which promotes billiards across the United States. It is headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, and has a presence in Atlanta, Georgia. BCA has been involved in every aspect of the sport. It is also a key player in the promotion of 3-Cushion and snooker.
BCA is also a body of governing bodies that are responsible for overseeing the specifications and rules of tournaments. In addition to playing a key role in sanctioning tournaments, BCA offers educational resources and leadership opportunities to promote the sport and the game of pool.

The Official Rules and Records Book is a compact rulebook that combines the standardized rules of the World Pool-Billiard Alliance (WPA). It also has a book that details the rules of various other games. The U.S. Open 14.1 Championships are also promoted by the BCA.

The BCA Pool League has been established by the BCA, which is a sanctioning organization for leagues. There are more than 450 leagues sanctioned by the league in the United States and eight countries. It hosts the BCAPL National 8-Ball Championships. There are 22 divisions. BCAPL's membership is also more than 50,000.
BCA has hosted the annual BCA Summit. These seminars cover a wide variety of topics in billiards and home-recreation, as well social events to promote peer relations. Since 1982, the BCA Expo has been an industry trade event. It will join the Amusement Expo International(AEI) for its first ever meeting during the March 27-30 20, 2023 Las Vegas event.
Billiard Congress of America Official Rules and Records Book are also kept by the BCA. It includes rules for all billiards games, including nine-ball. You can also find a rulebook for games that aren’t open to international competition.
While it doesn't have as much focus on league play, the BCA is a strong supporter of the game. It offers leadership opportunities, educational resources and referral services.
